I understand that plans sometimes change.

Please give as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or rearrange a booking.

For scheduled visits and appointments, I ask for at least 24 hours’ notice wherever possible.

Any cancellation charges will be explained and agreed before your booking is confirmed. Unless such a charge has been agreed, no cancellation fee will apply.

If I need to cancel or rearrange an appointment because of illness, an emergency or circumstances beyond my control, I will contact you as soon as reasonably possible and offer an alternative arrangement where practical.

You will not be charged for services I have not provided.

The wellbeing and safety of animals in my care are important.

You agree to provide accurate information about any known behavioural concerns, medical conditions or other circumstances that may affect the safety of your pet or others.

You are responsible for ensuring that your pet has any legally required identification and that appropriate veterinary arrangements are in place.

If your pet becomes ill or injured while in my care, I will make reasonable efforts to contact you or your nominated emergency contact.

Where urgent veterinary attention is reasonably necessary and you cannot be contacted, you authorise me to seek appropriate veterinary assistance on your behalf.
